Jumped Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Jumped, including short links, hub pages, analytics, dashboards, exports, and related services. By using Jumped, you agree to these terms. If you are using Jumped for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, or pool account access with another person or organization unless Jumped expressly supports that through a team or workspace feature. Keep your sign-in method secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your Links and Content

You are responsible for every destination, slug, hub page, title, description, image, and other material you create or share through Jumped. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to direct people to those destinations.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Jumped to create, promote, disguise, or distribute links or pages that involve:

• Illegal activity, unlawful goods or services, or instructions for committing illegal acts.
• Violent content, credible threats, extremist material, or content that encourages physical harm.
• Harassment, hate, abuse, doxxing, impersonation, or deceptive conduct.
• Phishing, malware, credential harvesting, scams, spam, or attempts to evade platform rules.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Short links or hub pages that mislead users about where they are going.
• Adult or sexually explicit destinations that expose explicit content to a visitor who is not signed in, has no relevant cookies, has not passed an age gate, or has not otherwise made an intentional choice to view that content.

Creator, subscription, or community platforms that lawfully host mature material may be acceptable when explicit material remains behind platform-level account, consent, age, or access controls. Direct links to destinations where explicit adult content is immediately visible to an unauthenticated visitor are not allowed.

5. Enforcement

We may review, block, disable, delete, or refuse to serve any link, hub page, account, or content that we believe violates these terms, creates risk for users, harms the service, or exposes Jumped to legal or operational risk. We may also preserve and disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the public, or our systems.

6. Analytics and Availability

Analytics are provided for operational insight and may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or affected by privacy tools, bots, browser settings, network conditions, and third-party infrastructure. We work to keep Jumped reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of every event.

7. Plans, Billing, and Changes

Some features may require a paid plan. Plan limits, features, and pricing may change over time. If billing is enabled, paid subscriptions are subject to the payment terms shown at checkout and in your account.

8. Termination

You may stop using Jumped at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, use the service in a way that creates risk, or if continuing to provide the service would be unlawful or impractical.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Jumped is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for third-party destinations, content, services, or actions reached through Jumped links.
